Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement, please contact hello@carseatgenie.com if this has occurred before sending the item back. Please see our POLICIES page for more information.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Items will only be accepted for a refund if they are returned in their original, unopened condition. Postage must be covered to send the item back. Any SALE item is final, there is no exchange or refund on sale items unless defective or faulty. It is recommended you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us. Items which do not satisfy the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
